A White Tailed Deer in the Wildland-Urban Interface

This White Tailed deer is like most others that live in the wildland-urban interface, that is to say, mostly unafraid of humanity. While I enjoy being able to see wildlife from my front deck, I worry about the consequences to these animals. We human beings have a poor track record regarding our care for the environment in general and for wildlife in particular.
